Terms of Use

EFFECTIVE JULY 30, 2026

Agreement

managedbit.com (the “Site”) is operated by ManagedBit LLC (“ManagedBit,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site you accept these terms; if you don’t accept them, please don’t use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes a product that is in active development and early access. It is informational. Submitting an early-access request does not create a contract, a subscription, or any obligation on either side; participation in early access is governed by a separate written agreement.

Product statuses and forward-looking statements

The feature ledger on the Site labels every feature with an honest engineering status — live, preview, designed, or planned. Those labels describe the state of our engineering work at the time of writing. They are not commitments: items marked preview, designed, or planned may change, be delayed, or never ship, and nothing on the Site is a warranty of current or future functionality.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, and the ManagedBit name and mark belong to ManagedBit LLC or its licensors. No license is granted by your use of the Site. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the Site: no spamming its forms, no disruptive automated traffic, and no interfering with the Site or with other visitors’ use of it. If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, we’d genuinely like to hear about it — report it privately to security@managedbit.com rather than demonstrating it against the live service.

Third-party services

Parts of the Site rely on third-party services (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection), and the Site may link to third-party sites. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManagedBit LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. ManagedBit LLC is a Florida limited liability company.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll post the new version here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
