Privacy Policy

Who we are
managedbit.com (the “Site”) is operated by ManagedBit LLC (“ManagedBit,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company building a security-first remote access and RMM platform for managed service providers. This policy describes what we collect through the Site and how we handle it.
The ManagedBit product itself is in early access. Data handling for the product is governed by the agreements we sign with early-access participants, not by this page.
What we collect
- Early-access requests. If you submit the “Request early access” form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company or MSP name, fleet size, and anything you add in the optional context field. We use it to evaluate and respond to your request and to communicate with you about early access. Requests are delivered to our internal team workspace and read by a human.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers keep standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — used for security and operations and retained for a limited period.
- Abuse prevention. The early-access endpoint applies short-lived, per-IP rate limiting held in memory. It is not used to build a profile of you.
- Bot protection. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. The widget loads from Cloudflare and processes technical browser signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy; we receive only a pass/fail verdict.
What we don’t do
The Site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we share
We share information only with service providers that host and protect the Site or deliver form submissions to our team — acting on our behalf and only as needed for those purposes — and where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Where it’s processed
ManagedBit LLC is a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Retention
Early-access requests are kept for as long as they’re relevant to the early-access program, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations.
Your choices and rights
To access, correct, or delete information you’ve sent us, email contact@managedbit.com. We honor requests consistent with applicable data-protection law and may need to verify your identity before acting on one.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with an updated effective date.
